Please Read Before Adopting

We strive to provide healthy pet jumping spiders to our customers as well as having reasonable prices. However, some things are out of our hands. Please read the disclaimers below and review our shipping/refund policies (linked at the bottom of disclaimers)

Orders go out on Wednesdays, please do not DM or message me on shipping updates, as this information will be sent to you via email after the label is created the Tuesday evening before the following shipping day. If your order is placed after 11:59PM EST on Monday, it may be delayed until the following week.

For the spiders safety during shipping, please look at your temps for the arrival date (Thursday or Friday depending on 2-day or overnight shipping). If the temps are below 50 or above 90, please email me using the store contact form that you would like a heat or cold pack included to ensure your spider's safe arrival. As stated in the shipping policy, I am not responsible for anything that goes wrong if these warnings are not heeded. Please note: I used to charge for heat/cold packs, but I provide them complimentary now due to a couple inconveniences, so please be polite when you email me to ask for one included :)

It is impossible to guarantee how your spider will look as an adult. In order to try our best to ensure color, we do not mix phases/genes. For example, your spider may have pure white genes but it is impossible to guarantee they will look white after they mature. An additional Note: Some of my mom's were unknowingly wild caught, so despite how they appear, I do not know their full genes and cannot guarantee how their babies will grow. If the mom is wild caught, this will be mentioned on the adoption post for full transparency.

I have provided all the care information here on my page to limit the amount of research you have to do, but ultimately, proper care is the responsibility of the adopter. We are NOT responsible for what happens to your spider once the one hour mark passes (as stated in our shipping/refund policy)

All the information on your spider including genes, age, and other important information will be in the description of the spider's post.

I have tried my best to ensure that all the information you will need is here on my page in order to reduce the DMs since I get so many messages per day, but feel free to contact me with any additional questions if necessary. I usually respond within 24 hours.
