Shipping policy

Complete shipping policy: (PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING)
All of my shipments are via Redline
● Shipping is calculated based on your location. Send your
zipcode for an initial quote
○ These are INITIAL quotes. The actual shipping cost
will be determined by redline after the label
information is input. Please expect a $1-5 increase
● Payments will be via Zelle, Paypal, or Venmo only
Store policy
● Overnight and 2 Day shipping via Redline labels and FedEx
● Not responsible for any shipping/carrier delays under any
circumstances
● I reserve the right to delay shipping based on
weather/temperature or personal problems
● If shipping is occurring in temperatures over 85 degrees F
or below 60 degrees F, I highly recommend overnight
shipping.
          -  I will add cold packs or heat packs if temps are
           extreme regardless for the spood’s safety, so please
           expect an initial $4 charge for these
          -  You may choose 2 day shipping, but I will NOT be held
              responsible for any DOAs under any circumstances
● In the rare event of a DOA with overnight shipping, you
must notify me within 2 hours from when the package was
received. DOA refund only covers the cost of the animal and
does not include shipping fees.
● I will not be held responsible for any shipping delays,
shipping delays resulting in DOAs, mis-delivery by carrier
or packages lost in transit as these circumstances are out
of my control
