Shipping/Refund Policies

Complete shipping/refund policy: (PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING)

All of my shipments are via FedEx

• No Refunds unless in the event of a DOA (Dead on arrival)
• Overnight and 2 Day shipping offered via FedEx
• Not responsible for any shipping/carrier delays under any circumstances
• I reserve the right to delay shipping based on weather/temperature or personal issues
• If shipping is occurring in temperatures over 85 degrees F or below 60 degrees F, I highly recommend overnight shipping.
  • if your temps are not within these ranges, please go to products and add a heat/cold pack to your order (regardless of your 2 day/overnight shipping selection).
  • You may choose 2 day shipping, but I will NOT be held responsible for any DOAs under any circumstances
• In the rare event of a DOA with overnight shipping, you must notify me within 1 hour of when the package was received. DOA refund only covers the cost of the animal and does not include shipping fees.
• I will not be held responsible for any shipping delays, shipping delays resulting in DOAs, mis-delivery by carrier or packages lost in transit as these circumstances are out of my control
